Vilawatt in times of pandemic

Due to COVID19 and as a precautionary measure, the Vilawatt Information office will remain closed for personalized service until further notice. In the meantime, attention, consultation and information related to the scope of the Vilawatt office can be done by email, phone or whatsapp.

The final of the four Vilawatt goals known as demo home renovation (the renovation work of the 3 communities which began in December) is temporarily suspended too. The rehabilitation works of the buildings will take over as soon as the lockdown situation ends.

Addressed to families and with different savings proposals and tips promoted through social media, Viladecans City Council will launch soon the ‘Vilawatt at Home’ communication campaign which main goal is to involve children in a fun and dynamic way in saving energy. Something, which despite is always important, it has become more relevant during these days of lockdown. The campaign will end with the webinar 'At home, everyone saves' on May 26^th where children will revalidate their knowledge as savers by obtaining a "certificate" that accredits them as small experts in energy saving.

The "Espais Vilawatt" (Vilawatt spaces) are currently closed until September, but we are reorienting some of them towards new online formats, such as the webinar 'At home, everyone saves' we will do on May 26^th.

No matter how hard is the moment we are facing, Vilawatt energy is with those who need it most, studying case by case how we can help our customers, ensuring the supply of electricity to all Vilawatt users and giving payment alternatives for those who have been affected by the economic crisis resulting from COVID-19.
